How do I open an Account?

Registration Process

We have a choice of 8 different sizes for you to choose from and either a annual package, 3 years or 5 years package. We suggest you visit us to choose the perfect size for your needs where one of our experienced staff will be on hand to assist you. View pricing and dimensions here. Once you have decided on the Type of Box and the rental package that suits best to your needs, next will be to fill up a Registration Form.

Documents Required

Present one document from Table A & one document from Table B when opening an account with EST Express Vaults.

Whilst in most instances EST Express Vaults facilities are able to open an account for you, we reserve the right to decline to open an account due to our internal processes without further explanation.


Table A - Proof of Your Identity Individual Account	Important Remarks
Identity Card (My Card), in the case of foreigners your Passport. No Visa is required. or	Proof of your identity documents must be valid and contain a photograph. Estonian Driving License (not Provisional) with photo may be used as proof of your address provided this is not also being used as proof of your identity. Foreigners - You will need to present your existing current passport.
Current Estonian Driving Licence with photo (Not Provisional)
Estonian Armed Forces or Policy Authority Card
Fill up "Registration Form" Obtainable from our office or download one. Click Here.
Add Next of Kin to your application and submit to us.

Table B - Proof Of Your Address	Important Remarks
Household Bills Electricity, Water, or Telephone Bill	Bills should be less than 6 months old. Statements should be less than 6 months old. Local authority items should be less than 12 months old. Tax notifications and correspondence must either be less than 6 months old or dated within the tax year.
Statements Bank, Credit Card, Loan, etc.
Local Authority Town Council Bills
Income Tax Monthly or Annual statements

Proof of Identification - Business Accounts

For businesses to open a Business Account or for other corporations to open an account, you need to present one of the following documents.


Table A - Business Accounts	Important Remarks
Company/Society/Club etc • Corporate, Company, Society or Club may register up to 4 names i.e. 1 Principal Hirer and 3 Co-hirers.	*Besides SSM (ROC), ROS other recognised authorities would include the Bar Council, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Estonia, and such other regulatory and professional bodies that we may determine from time to time acting in our sole discretion.
Table B – Required Documents If You Are A Company, Society or other organisation
Registration Form available for download from here BOD's Resolution signed in accordance to the company's M&A or a Letter of Authority authorising the opening of the account on behalf of the Company signed by two Directors or executive officers. The letter should also detail who will be using the box for and on behalf of the Company. The Certificate of Incorporation (Form 9, Form 49 & M&A for Companies, ROS certificate of incorporation for Societies & Clubs or PC for lawyers or other professional certificates from the relevant recognised bodies) Personal Identification including photo ID and proof of address of all parties to the account, this will include all authorising Directors/Executives and or any other parties to the account (for acceptable identification documents please see requirement above for proof of your identity - Individual Account).

Payment

We accept cash, debit, credit cards and cheques as payment for your Safety Deposit Box’s initial payment. Once the paperwork is complete we will give you your keys. The process takes about 30 minutes and then you have immediate access to deposit your items in your box.

You have free access to your locker as many times as you like during opening hours

In the interest of Safety and to avoid any dispute in the future, your attention is drawn to the following important notice on “Surrendering of the Safe Deposit Box” or “Termination of Account”
